RFI Drafting Assistant Agent

Purpose

This agent assists with the drafting of Request for Information documents by using mission context, identified needs, evaluation criteria, constraints, and existing templates. It helps teams produce coherent, complete, and ready-to-send RFI documents for technology sourcing.
