Sia Knowledge Agent

Purpose

This agent helps consultants retrieve existing internal content and generate a draft adapted to a new mission context. It turns knowledge produced by chapters, squads, and past engagements into reusable, contextualized outputs through natural language questions.

Primary users

The primary users are consultants, project managers, engagement leaders, knowledge managers, chapter members, squad members, and business development teams.

Where it fits (process/stage/trigger)

It fits during mission preparation, deliverable drafting, proposal work, knowledge reuse, onboarding, and methodology research. It is triggered when a consultant asks a natural language question and provides mission context to find relevant internal material.

Key capabilities / workflow

The agent searches internal deliverables, decks, studies, methodologies, chapter materials, squad documents, Notion pages, and SharePoint repositories. It identifies the most relevant sources, adapts their content to the new context, generates a draft deliverable, and returns links to the supporting documents. If relevant sources are missing or weak, the workflow loops back to refine the query and context.

Inputs

Inputs include the consultant’s natural language question, mission context, internal deliverables, decks, studies, methodologies, chapter and squad documents, Notion content, and SharePoint repositories.

Outputs / Deliverables

Outputs include an adapted draft deliverable, contextualized answer, list of relevant internal sources, links to supporting documents, and reusable knowledge synthesis.

Value

The agent accelerates knowledge reuse, reduces time spent searching for internal content, improves consistency across deliverables, and helps consultants produce higher-quality first drafts tailored to their mission context.
