- Triggered after a traveler provides a single input set (flight details + preferences + loyalty profile), or when the airport system detects an imminent dwell-time window (e.g., post-security entry, gate arrival).
- Runs continuously or periodically during the terminal journey to adapt to changes (gate updates, delays, queue times, inventory/availability).
Key capabilities / workflow
- Interprets traveler context: itinerary, preference signals, loyalty entitlements.
- Incorporates real-time operational data: gate changes, walking distance, boarding time, retail/service availability.
- Filters to offers the traveler can realistically use within their time window and location.
- Selects and ranks a bundle across categories (e.g., duty-free, dining, lounge, fast-track) to maximize relevance and conversion.
- Generates redemption codes and pushes offers to the traveler’s phone with a frictionless experience (no app, no extra clicks).
- Re-evaluates when conditions change and refreshes the bundle if necessary.
