#SuccessStories - Architecting for Agents: A Target AI Architecture Framework and a First Agentic Standard for a Luxury House
1. Context
As companies move from machine learning to generative and now agentic AI, architecture becomes a strategic question. Without shared principles, multi-agent solutions risk being built in silos, with gaps in interoperability, observability and security.
A major luxury house wanted to structure a target AI architecture framework and its first agentic standard.
2. Client Challenge
The luxury house needed to:
- Scope its machine learning, generative and agentic use cases across functions.
- Define a target AI architecture framework with clear principles, roles and governance.
- Give its teams a first actionable standard for building agentic AI.
3. What Sia Did ?
Sia worked on two fronts:
- Target AI architecture framework: diagnostic and scoping through documentary analysis and workshops with Enterprise Architecture, the Data Office, the AI Center of Excellence, Governance and Cybersecurity; a target framework vision covering operational capabilities, business use-case families and transverse architecture principles; and an operating model for the framework (roles, structuring building blocks, governance).
- Agentic AI standard: a first actionable standard covering multi-agent interoperability, orchestration, observability and security by design; and the scoping of a second architecture standard and of the framework's implementation and sustainability plan.
4. Results & Outlook
The luxury house gained a target AI architecture framework with its operating model, a first actionable agentic AI standard, and a scoped plan for the next standard and for implementing and sustaining the framework.
By combining enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on agentic AI knowledge, Sia helps companies build AI that is interoperable, observable and secure by design.
