Contract Intelligence Agent is a conversational AI application designed to unlock the value trapped inside contractual documentation. Built on Sia's enterprise-grade GenAI stack, it turns dense, technical contracts — insurance policies, legal agreements, commercial terms, HR frameworks — into clear, sourced, decision-ready answers.

Users ask a question in natural language. In seconds, the agent returns a structured response drawn from the underlying contract corpus and applicable regulation: a concise summary, a detailed interpretation, the exclusions and limits that apply, the sources it consulted, and actionable recommendations.

What it delivers

• Contract analysis. reads full contractual documents and extracts what matters for the question at hand.

• Clause extraction. surfaces the specific clauses, deadlines, deductibles, coverage caps and conditions that answer the user's question.

• Exclusions detection. automatically flags what is not covered, a common blind spot in customer conversations.

• Regulatory citations. grounds each answer in the applicable legal framework, quoting real articles (French Code des assurances, ACPR guidance, DDA, GDPR, etc.).

• Comparative reading. reasons across multiple products or contract versions to explain differences.

• Actionable advice. closes each response with a plain-language recommendation the end user can act on.

Every response the agent generates is delivered through a five-tab interface designed for professional use:

• Summary. a one-line answer, immediate and unambiguous.

• Interpretation. the reasoning, in a few short paragraphs, with figures and references.

• Sources. the documents consulted, each with a confidence level.

• Advice. a next-step recommendation for the end user.
