CIR Validation
Purpose
CIR Validation supports the documentation and validation of research work that may bring a new angle to a topic and could therefore qualify for the CIR. It helps structure the position, prepare CIR files, and support validation through a human-in-the-loop interface.
Primary users
The primary users are internal Sia employees, especially teams involved in preparing, reviewing, validating, or following CIR-related documentation, project evidence, audit materials, and financial projections.
Where it fits (process/stage/trigger)
CIR Validation fits into the CIR preparation and validation process when project information, R&D tracking files, consultant contributions, emails, audit history, and financial projections need to be reviewed and consolidated to document a CIR position.
Key capabilities / workflow
The workflow analyzes the provided CIR-related sources, extracts evidence supporting whether the research brings a new angle, documents the position, routes results through a HITL validation interface, and generates structured CIR deliverables once the results are validated.
Inputs
Typical inputs include CSV exports from AlibeeZ, Excel R&D project tracking files, project documentation, consultant contributions, emails, CIR projections, existing audit reports, historical CIR data, past audit files, and financial projections.
Outputs / Deliverables
Outputs include drafted CIR files, structured reports, consolidated Excel files, audit tracking, updated CIR projections, automated alerts and reminders, and post-audit analysis.
Value
CIR Validation helps internal teams organize CIR evidence, improve documentation consistency, support validation of the CIR position, consolidate audit and financial materials, and maintain updated follow-up on projections, alerts, reminders, and post-audit analysis.
